Each EXTREM PURE EXTREMADURA Pallet is unique. Many people ask us what the secret of our Iberian products is. How is it possible that they have that aroma, that appearance and that taste which is so characteristic. Well, it’s very simple: all of our pigs are 100% Iberian and feed freely on acorns in the incomparable place which is our Oak Forest. It’s that simple. Each Iberian acorn shoulder has been prepared taking care of every detail from beginning to end: from the selection of the 100% Iberian breed to the minimum cure of 24 months in our dryer, through its diet based on acorns and natural grasses in the Dehesa de Extremadura, cradle of the best Iberian.

The Iberian acorn loin is a unique delicacy that corresponds to the part of the 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork dam, one of the best parts of the pork that makes the tenderloin have that juiciness and unmistakable flavor.
